What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• respond to questions and concerns
• assist with account and billing inquiries
• explain memberships and amenities
• provide tours and support sign-ups
• promote membership specials and upgrades
• check members in
• answer phones
• process memberships, cancellations, and payments
• follow assigned opening and closing procedures
• and perform cleaning and facility upkeep.
