Assembly and Packer

Job overview

The Assembly and Packer role is onsite in Morristown, TN. Compensation is $15 per hour for day shift or $16 per hour for night shift. The role supports a large plastics manufacturing operation. The worker assembles, inspects, handles, and packages manufactured components to keep production moving and meet daily goals. Cross-training across stations and production tasks supports quality and advancement opportunities.

What you'll do

• Assemble components following instructions
• sort, stack, wrap, strap, label, and package products
• support production line flow
• visually inspect parts and finished products
• load, unload, lift, carry, and organize materials
• maintain clean and safe work areas
• learn different stations as needed.
