The Store Manager - Luxury Menswear role is onsite in Spokane, WA. Total compensation potential is $100,000–$120,000+ annually, including base salary, daily sales commissions, monthly sales bonuses, and a year-end performance bonus. Barry Alexander is opening a new premium menswear store in Spokane, with an expected opening in March 2027. The manager will launch the store, build and develop its sales team, and lead store performance and customer relationships. The role oversees sales, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, cash management, loss prevention, and daily operations while establishing the brand in the local market.

What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop the sales team
• set standards for service, accountability, product knowledge, and sales execution
• develop strategies to grow sales and customer loyalty
• lead from the sales floor and coach the team
• build community relationships and pursue partnerships, events, referrals, weddings, and customer acquisition
• oversee merchandising, inventory, scheduling, store standards, cash management, loss prevention, and daily operations.
