What you'll do

• Complete monthly building walk-throughs
• test and log fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, exit signs, smoke and CO detectors, fire alarm panels, and sprinkler gauges
• replace HVAC filters and check thermostats
• maintain inspection logs and report safety concerns
• handle minor plumbing, door, lock, lighting, drywall, and painting repairs
• keep mechanical and storage areas and exterior grounds orderly
• assist with furniture moves and small setup projects
• respond to after-hours emergencies and contact vendors as needed.
