Preconstruction Coordinator

The Preconstruction Coordinator role is an office-and-field hybrid position based in Centennial, CO, with travel to project sites as needed. Pay is $75,000–$85,000 per year. The coordinator supports preconstruction and operations teams from opportunity pursuit through project startup. The work combines proposal and estimating support, quantity takeoffs, field engineering, CAD drafting, and turnover coordination to help ensure bids and project handoffs are accurate and organized.

What you'll do

• Support bids, proposals, presentations, prequalification packages, opportunity tracking, and bid schedules
• gather project documents and assist with technical proposal content
• perform quantity takeoffs and support estimates, quotations, and bid-day activities
• review plans and contract documents
• assist with submittals, RFIs, procurement, and project startup
• prepare turnover packages
• develop and revise drawings, exhibits, grading plans, and site layouts
• support volume calculations and earthwork modeling.
