The Art Handler role is onsite in South San Francisco, CA. Pay is $25–$30 per hour. The Staff Pad is recruiting for a fine art logistics company that transports, stores, handles, and installs fine art, antiques, and high-value personal effects. The handler helps protect and account for valuable items throughout packing, transport, delivery, installation, and warehouse handling. Careful documentation, safe loading practices, and coordination with drivers and small crews support reliable service for clients.

What you'll do

• Assist with local and interstate collections and deliveries
• pack, handle, and transport fragile, oversized, and high-value items
• load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment
• support installation and placement at client locations
• complete condition checks and job documentation
• report trip-manifest changes for approval
• coordinate vehicle readiness with drivers
• verify goods against trip sheets
• assist with warehouse inventory, scanning, and item tracking
• follow safety procedures and work with small crews.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED required. Related moving, warehousing, logistics, transportation, or art-handling experience and material-handling equipment experience are preferred. Must regularly lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 120 pounds using equipment. Shifts may occasionally begin or end off-site.
