What you'll do

- represent nursing on committees
- make daily rounds
- participate in performance improvement
- coordinate interdisciplinary care
- ensure assessments and reassessments are completed
- assess residents and document changes
- support pain management and resident independence
- supervise infection prevention practices
- coordinate budgets and resources
- respond to emergencies
- notify physicians of changes in resident condition.
