What you'll do

• Monitor GSA eBuy for relevant RFQs and RFIs
• evaluate solicitations for fit, eligibility, and strategic value and recommend go/no-go decisions
• prepare and submit compliant quotes and proposals
• coordinate staffing capabilities, resumes, past performance, and pricing inputs
• maintain GSA Schedule pricing, labor category mappings, and contract modifications
• track opportunities
• ensure compliance with FAR/GSAR, GSA Schedule terms, and Section 508/OCI/Reps and Certs documentation
• maintain relationships with contracting officers and representatives
• support SAM.gov monitoring, teaming, and subcontracting
• maintain reusable proposal content.
