What you'll do

• Oversee the Crunch Fitness Class-ic Training Program
• recruit, hire, train, and develop instructors
• implement group fitness programming
• prepare and distribute regular, override, and holiday schedules
• facilitate substitute coverage
• submit quarterly schedule changes
• respond to member issues
• manage instructor payroll and reporting
• provide seasonal equipment inventory to the General Manager
• lead quarterly staff meetings
• communicate updates to instructors
• attend club and required meetings
• teach 10% of group fitness classes.
