National Accounts Program Manager

What you'll do

• Serve as the operational relationship manager and primary customer contact for performance, metrics, and account matters
• oversee installation projects and service-ticket portfolios
• facilitate monitoring, billing, and accounts-receivable requests
• resolve escalated operational issues
• manage customer communications and meetings
• track account metrics and service-level performance
• analyze account data and implement improvements
• forecast and develop project plans, scopes, schedules, and resource plans
• review and manage customer or general contractor contracts
• coordinate quality assurance and quality control
• travel as required.
