What you'll do

• Plan, oversee, manage, and execute commercial construction, maintenance, and operations projects or task orders involving complex mechanical, electrical, and structural systems. Coordinate with the Project Manager and lead two Planner-Estimators. Develop schedules and forecasts
• review design documents for constructability
• plan materials, labor, and logistics
• coordinate crews and resources
• track project metrics
• ensure permits and inspections are addressed
• maintain project documentation
• lead daily ORM meetings
• and conduct quality-control inspections.
