What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day accounting through year-end close in accordance with GAAP and company standards
• maintain balance-sheet integrity, reconciliations, and internal controls
• develop the Salt Lake City accounting and finance team
• own forecasting, metrics, and multi-year planning for the Utah portfolio
• build reporting and dashboards
• model acquisitions, hospital partnerships, integrations, and other growth initiatives
• work with hospital district partners, auditors, regulators, and consultants
• maintain audit readiness and compliance with healthcare and reimbursement requirements
• advance finance automation and standardization.
