Groundsperson — Vegetation Management

What you'll do

• Follow and help enforce safe work practices
• clear undergrowth and brush using hand tools and gas-powered chainsaws
• load and unload logs, brush, and debris and feed brush into a chipper
• use hand lines to lower limbs and equipment
• clean job sites
• carry and store tools and materials
• set up road signs and flag traffic
• drive trucks or operate equipment as assigned
• perform basic equipment maintenance
• perform storm work as needed.
