The 1:1 School Paraprofessional role is an onsite, school-based position in Norristown, PA. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour. Liberty Education Solutions supports personalized learning and individualized attention for students. The paraprofessional provides individualized academic, behavioral, and classroom support to an assigned student, helping them participate in learning and daily routines. Working with teachers, therapists, and other school staff, the role reinforces student plans and communicates progress and concerns to the educational team.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one academic, behavioral, and classroom support
• assist with activities, assignments, transitions, and routines
• follow individualized education and behavioral plans as directed
• reinforce instruction and engagement
• support social interaction and classroom behavior
• collaborate with school staff
• monitor and communicate student progress and concerns
• maintain confidentiality and a safe, inclusive learning environment.
