The associate supports sophisticated commercial real estate securitization and structured finance transactions, representing issuers, underwriters, servicers, and investors. The role manages transaction work from due diligence through closing and coordinates with clients, lenders, and deal teams.

What you'll do

• Represent clients in CMBS, CRE CLO, and other commercial real estate securitization transactions
• draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
• advise on repurchase facilities, warehouse lending, and structured finance matters
• manage transaction work from due diligence through closing
• coordinate with clients, lenders, and internal deal teams
• collaborate across the Global Finance practice.

Why this role

Requires a J.D., active or eligible bar admission in the work jurisdiction, and 3–6 years of securitization, structured finance, CMBS, or commercial real estate finance experience. Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
