What you'll do

• Clean dishes and maintain a steady supply of clean kitchenware
• clean inside and outside the venue
• store and remove garbage and soiled linens
• maintain dish station, kitchen, and back-of-house cleanliness and sanitation
• operate the dish machine
• use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly
• communicate product needs
• set up the dish station and complete opening and closing procedures as directed
• report breakage or damage to management.
