The Senior Project Manager — Engineering and Construction role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV. Compensation is not specified. The role manages engineering and construction projects from bid preparation through client acceptance. It coordinates design, schedules, budgets, quality, and project teams to deliver work that meets client and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Prepare project proposals and schedules
• oversee detailed design and final drawing production
• plan, coordinate, and direct construction through completion. Establish milestones and timelines, review plans, prepare reports and contract-related documents, and maintain quality-control procedures. Communicate with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and support teams
• oversee project invoicing and collections
• participate in new business development and client relationship management.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate engineering discipline and at least seven years of progressively responsible engineering design and/or project management experience. Nevada PE license or ability to obtain one within six months; valid driver’s license. Travel in a personal vehicle may be required.
