Direct Support Program Supervisor

The Direct Support Program Supervisor role is an onsite position located in Hurt, VA. Compensation is $20.00 - $25.00 per year for this role, which supports the ResCare Community Living department in providing community-based care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role exists to facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans and oversee staff operations. The supervisor will manage a team of caregivers, provide direct support, and ensure that staffing and schedules are maintained to meet the needs of the individuals served.
