What you'll do

• Welcome new customers and help them get started with State Farm insurance policies
• contact customers by phone, email, and other channels about onboarding
• explain basic policy information, documentation requirements, and next steps
• help with paperwork, account setup, and policy questions
• schedule appointments and coordinate with team members
• identify additional insurance needs and connect customers with the appropriate team member
• maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding items
• provide friendly, professional service.
