The Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator is a full-time, onsite role based in Portola Valley, CA. What you'll do

• Monitor alarms, video surveillance, and AI-assisted detection platforms.
• Perform CCTV monitoring and live tracking.
• Conduct archival video review and compile investigative packages.
• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Coordinate multi-channel dispatch operations.
• Maintain incident logs and alarm classifications.
• Utilize ticketing systems for equipment malfunctions.
• Provide situational awareness to leadership.
