Compliance Contracts Manager — Construction

What you'll do

• Maintain and review the master subcontract and related exhibits
• review project-specific subcontract language and other agreements
• assess proposed markups and negotiate or escalate exceptions
• identify unusual contract obligations or scope, payment, schedule, indemnity, dispute, warranty, or insurance gaps
• advise project teams on operational effects of contract terms
• train staff on procedures and escalation
• coordinate with outside counsel
• manage course-of-construction insurance coverage
• review insurance requirements and subcontractor submissions
• track insurance decisions and variances
• and help resolve documentation issues that could delay agreements or project work.
