What you'll do

• Handle commercial litigation, product liability, environmental, and insurance coverage matters
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and correspondence
• research legal issues
• manage discovery and document productions
• assist with trial preparation and courtroom support
• participate in depositions, hearings, and motions practice
• communicate with clients and stakeholders
• conduct legal due diligence.
