What you'll do

• Lead and support the purchase processing team
• monitor pipeline volumes and allocate workloads
• serve as an escalation point for complex or high-risk transactions
• train, mentor, and coach team members
• ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry guidelines
• collaborate with departments on title issues and closing timelines
• review and approve closing documents and disbursements as needed
• track and report performance metrics.
