The Carpet Technician role is onsite in Richmond, Virginia. The stated pay is $18 per hour. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:00 p.m.–9:30 p.m., with varying hours as needed. SOAR365 supports individuals and families living with disabilities through programs and services across the Greater Richmond area. The technician maintains carpets and floor coverings through scheduled cleaning and stain treatment, using portable and hand-operated equipment. The role supports clean, welcoming facilities by following quality and safety standards and coordinating assignments, issues, and supply needs with a supervisor.

• Clean carpets and floor coverings on schedule

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial but not required; janitorial, carpet cleaning, or facility maintenance experience is preferred. Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required.
