What you'll do

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and employees
• follow security procedures, site policies, and appropriate emergency response activities
• respond calmly to incidents and disturbances
• conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout retail common areas, parking areas, entrances, loading areas, and the perimeter
• monitor access points
• report suspicious conditions, hazards, and policy violations
• document patrols, incidents, and daily activities.
