The Breakfast Server role is onsite in Carmel, CA, and pays $19–$21 per hour. The position provides morning breakfast service for guests of L’Auberge Carmel. The server supports guest satisfaction through attentive restaurant and room-service operations, accurate point-of-sale use, food and beverage service, coordination with kitchen staff, and upkeep of service areas and equipment.

What you'll do

• Provide breakfast service, including courtyard or room service as needed
• follow service procedures and department standards
• know the food served and recommend beverages and extras
• greet guests
• use the point-of-sale system accurately
• coordinate with kitchen staff
• assist with coffee and water inventory and supply pickup
• maintain cleanliness, appearance, and health and safety standards
• assist the front desk or bellman when required.
