What you'll do

• Assist with advertising and promotions
• establish relationships with prospective and current residents
• attract, screen, and select applicants under applicable criteria
• prepare market surveys and traffic reports
• manage lease renewals and packages
• collect rent and other payments
• support move-ins and move-outs
• respond to calls and visitors
• follow up with guests
• support resident events and marketing
• maintain files and inspect market-ready units.
