What you'll do

• Lead global Service Desk and IT service management performance
• own ServiceNow product vision, roadmap, backlog, lifecycle, adoption, and value realization
• direct platform governance
• advance CMDB and CSDM standards and ownership models
• lead AI-enabled Service Desk transformation
• improve incident, problem, request, knowledge, change, service catalog, and asset-management practices
• establish and communicate service metrics
• protect platform health and controls
• manage vendors, service levels, investments, training, and adoption
• provide occasional after-hours support and travel for critical events and business needs.
