What you'll do

• Partner with the Store Manager on daily operations, including opening and closing, point-of-sale operations, inventory, merchandising, and donations
• assume day-to-day operational responsibility in the Store Manager’s absence
• help monitor sales and budget performance
• support scheduling, hiring, training, and coaching
• promote customer and donor satisfaction
• support beneficiary work therapy assignments
• protect store funds, inventory, and property
• maintain safety procedures.
