Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate role is an onsite, full-time position in Hoffman Estates, IL, with hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $21–$24 per hour. The role works closely with NSK America’s Customer Service and Technician departments to support customer experience. The associate handles warehouse workflows from receiving and inventory to order fulfillment and returns. Accurate processing, safe organization, and cross-functional coordination help ensure products and repairs move efficiently through the operation.

What you'll do

• Process, package, and ship orders
• organize stock and maintain inventory
• inspect products and shipments
• keep the warehouse clean
• receive inbound shipments and repairs
• follow safety expectations
• process returned merchandise
• record inventory electronically
• and coordinate with Customer Service and Technician teams.
