What you'll do

• Greet visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor records
• monitor access points, reception activity, and security systems
• report unusual activity
• respond calmly to incidents and alarms
• notify appropriate personnel and assist with emergency response as directed
• communicate with site contacts, company leadership, and emergency responders
• document incidents and complete reports.
