What you'll do

• Oversee safe and accurate narcotic medication distribution
• evaluate medication orders
• supervise dispensing and labeling
• maintain controlled-substance inventory and ordering
• train authorized technicians
• ensure control-room security
• report theft, loss, or discrepancies
• conduct inventory audits and corrective actions
• investigate medication queries
• maintain customer databases
• coordinate department schedules and shift coverage
• perform on-call duties when required.
