What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and monitor Type I, II, and III anodize lines
• load and rack aluminum parts
• control rectifier settings and tank temperatures
• analyze and adjust bath chemistry
• operate rinsing, etch, desmut/deox, and sealing systems
• support Chem Film and Passivation operations
• perform visual and coating-thickness checks
• report nonconformances
• complete travelers, logs, and inspection records
• follow chemical safety and environmental protocols
• collaborate with Quality and production teams.
