Incoming Mechanical Inspector

What you'll do

• Inspect dimensions of machined, raw, and fabricated parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and magnification
• visually inspect finishes and applied processes
• review drawings and supplier documentation including CoCs, FAI reports, and packing lists against purchase orders
• identify, tag, and segregate nonconforming material
• update the MRB log and support CAPA
• enter inspection results and traceability in ERP/QMS
• inspect to IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 requirements
• follow procedures and turnaround expectations.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or relevant studies/training and 2+ years of mechanical inspection, manufacturing quality control, or precision machining experience in an AS9100 or ISO 13485 environment. IPC certification is strongly preferred.
