What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the Engineering team
• oversee HVAC system operation, maintenance, repairs, and optimization
• manage preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
• maintain building automation systems
• coordinate contractors and capital projects
• support code and safety compliance, budgeting, inventory, and maintenance records
• respond to emergencies and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
