The Co-Teacher, Early Childhood role is onsite in Breckenridge, CO, and is part time. Compensation is $24–$26 per hour. Timberline Learning Center’s early childhood team uses the Reggio Emilia approach and views children as capable, curious learners. Working with a mentor teacher, the co-teacher supports children’s growth through responsive routines, play, investigation, and problem-solving. The role helps create a safe, welcoming classroom and prepares materials and environments that build on children’s interests.
