The Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Baltimore, MD, with therapy delivered in clients’ homes, schools, or clinics. Pay is $27–$33 per hour. Able Minds ABA provides evidence-based ABA services focused on client success and children’s lives. The technician provides one-to-one ABA therapy by implementing BCBA-designed treatment plans, tracking client progress, and working with families and team members to support client goals and a safe, positive therapy environment.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• collect and document client progress data
• collaborate with families and team members
• maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
