• Manage large or multiple project teams, including staffing and performance appraisals

• provide project status updates to clients and leadership
• maintain client relationships and identify revenue opportunities
• develop and implement strategies
• manage budgets, cost and revenue projections, and change orders
• participate in internal project meetings
• mentor team members and provide coaching and performance feedback.
