The Seed Packet Machine Operator — Second Shift role is an onsite, full-time position in Lebanon, OH, scheduled Monday through Friday from 2:55 PM to 11:00 PM. Starting pay is $19.25 per hour. The operator supports contract packaging operations by producing seed packets that meet customer specifications.

What you'll do

• Operate the SN machine safely and accurately
• pack filled seed packets uniformly while keeping pace with the machine
• verify products and printed labels against manufacturing orders
• weigh seed amounts
• allocate and unallocate packets from stock
• report quality issues and unsafe conditions
• label cartons, stack skids, complete paperwork, enter production quantities, clean machines, and maintain an organized work area.
