What you'll do

• Manage incoming calls
• document and communicate operational, customer, and delivery information
• operate telephone and dispatch communication systems
• coordinate with operations, maintenance, supervisors, and management
• schedule, route, and prioritize deliveries
• update order and logistics systems
• direct loads to appropriate facilities
• maintain delivery tickets, sample logs, and other records
• respond to customer inquiries
• provide required safety and operational documents
• assist with incident reporting and administrative duties.
