What you'll do

• Create manufacturing orders and coordinate their release based on production schedules
• manage purchasing, vendor selection, negotiation, and contracts
• coordinate production control and scheduling
• use the MRP system to optimize inventory and schedules
• monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.
