What you'll do

• Deliver direct patient care under physician supervision, including injury assessment, treatment planning, and education
• assist with non-operative procedures and postoperative recovery
• apply and remove casts and splints
• assist with injections and other non-surgical treatments
• fit and manage durable medical equipment
• collaborate with physical therapists and care teams
• oversee clinic operations, patient flow, provider support, and scheduling
• supervise clinical support staff and build monthly schedules
• lead hiring, onboarding, and training
• ensure compliance with accreditation, licensure, and safety standards
• manage supplies and equipment maintenance
• audit clinical documentation
• participate in strategic initiatives and quality improvement.
