What you'll do

• Assist the surgeon during operative procedures by providing exposure, hemostasis, and other technical functions.
• Position, prep, and drape patients for surgery according to established protocols.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and surgical team by providing appropriate surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment.
• Perform wound closure, dressing application, and other technical tasks as directed by the surgeon.
• Maintain sterile techniques and promptly address any breaches to ensure patient safety.
