What you'll do

• Wash, cut, portion, and prepare ingredients
• chop vegetables, marinate proteins, cook grains, and prepare sauces
• monitor cooking times, temperatures, and yields
• label, store, and organize prepared items
• follow food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and FIFO practices
• meet prep quotas and production timelines
• assist with inventory preparation and waste minimization
• coordinate with kitchen leads and plating teams
• report shortages, delays, and quality issues.
