What you'll do

• Maintain readiness records, reports, dashboards, and metrics
• document transportation and insurance requirements
• track fleet compliance
• verify and organize shipments
• monitor inventory and conduct periodic counts
• purchase approved inventory and maintain purchasing records
• coordinate daily readiness activities with departments and vendors
• inspect vehicles and facilities
• schedule maintenance and repairs
• manage fleet lifecycle activities
• identify readiness gaps and mitigation plans
• support approved automation and AI improvements
• maintain warehouse organization and issue tools and equipment.
