The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Wilmington, NC, and pays $21–$27 per hour. Blue Jay ABA provides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and works with children and families. The technician delivers one-on-one behavior therapy under BCBA supervision, implements behavior intervention and skill programs, and records client progress. The role also communicates with parents and participates in ongoing training and professional development.

What you'll do

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• provide one-on-one behavior therapy to individuals with ASD
• collect and record client progress data using electronic software
• work with the supervising BCBA on skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• communicate with parents about client progress
• create teaching materials and visuals
• maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• participate in training and professional development.
