Onsite IT Systems Analyst and Automation Specialist

The Onsite IT Systems Analyst and Automation Specialist role is onsite in the Greater Norfolk region, VA. Pay is $37–$45 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. The role supports a client in the maritime and manufacturing industry. The position exists to modernize internal business processes by replacing manual work with reliable Microsoft Power Platform automations. It works with department leaders to identify needs, build and deploy workflows, and support integrations and existing solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, requests, reporting, and business processes
• gather requirements and document workflows with department leaders
• maintain automations and troubleshoot failures
• manage SharePoint and Microsoft 365 integrations
• support reporting, scripting, and ERP-related process improvements.
