What you'll do

• Prepare coffee breaks, carts, and stations per Banquet Event Order.
• Set up tables, action stations, and buffets.
• Communicate dietary needs to the kitchen.
• Clear courses and maintain station cleanliness.
• Replenish buffet items and monitor tableware presentation.
