Women’s Residential Program Manager

What you'll do

• Supervise treatment and case management services
• oversee assessments and continuing-stay justifications
• review ASAM-based assessments and treatment authorization requests
• determine appropriate treatment modalities
• review treatment plans and client charts
• oversee discharge planning and care coordination
• supervise group facilitation and evidence-based practices
• train staff and support program fidelity
• standardize systems of care
• and enter information into electronic health records.
