The Regional Sales Manager - PC IAM Southwest is a remote role based in Texas with an annual base salary range of $103,800 to $129,800. ZF is a global leader in mobility technology, and this role supports the Aftermarket division. This position exists to drive customer satisfaction, support sales partners, manage forecasts and budgets, and expand market presence. The manager is responsible for prospecting, pricing intelligence, and industry representation.

What you'll do

• Work with all internal functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction
• Support independent rep agencies with sales calls, information exchange, and product changeovers
• Provide input to assist in planning and product forecasting
• Create and execute sales forecast and budget
• Provide market intelligence for pricing, market share, and aftermarket trends
• Prospecting and new account set up
• Customer order processing utilizing ERP system
• Represent ZF at trade shows and related industry functions
• Provide back-up within department and perform related tasks as needed.

BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
